We ship within Singapore and internationally.

How long will my order take to be processed?
Orders will be processed within 3 working days. Once order is confirmed and processed, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail.
When can I expect my order?
Local orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
International orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, and the delivery time might range from 10 to 20 working days* depending on location.
*Delivery times are estimates and may or may not be the actual delivery duration experienced.
Any shipping costs?
Normal mail (no tracking) is FREE for all local orders, while tracked delivery is FREE for local orders above SGD30 and international orders above SGD250.
Shipping costs (in SGD) for international orders are calculated by final volume and weight of order placed.
Please take note that the destination country's customs laws may incur additional charges, including but not limited to import fees and taxes (DDU—delivered duty unpaid).
We are not responsible for these additional charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.
What are your shipping methods?
Parcels are shipped via SingPost Normal Delivery or QXpress Delivery service. However, the choice of courier is at our discretion.
All items including skincare, cosmetics, body care, and health supplements sold are
non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Refund for item that arrives damaged or incorrect is on a case-by-case basis.
What is your refund policy?
Orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
We accept requests for refunds and will refund the full item/order amount if item(s) arrived defective or incorrect.
How can I get a refund for my order?
In the event that your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items, please SMS or WhatsApp us at 83893328 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt** with a brief description and photo of the item’s condition or wrong order.
If refund is not preferred and we have confirmed on the issue of defects, a replacement can also be (subjected to availability and if product happens to be out of stock, we offer a refund of item price)
Can I cancel my order, return or exchange my item?
Orders that are confirmed cannot be cancelled. Therefore, kindly carefully review all items at checkout before placing an order to avoid any errors.
We do not allow returns and exchanges on all items sold.
