The rolling of the tiny needles over skin will create micro-“injuries” (without causing much pain and visible wounds) on the skin, which in turn sends collagen and elastin production to “compensate” as it heals— improving the skin texture, leaving your complexion tighter and firmer than before.
A perfect tool to improving skin’s elasticity, minimise fine lines and wrinkles, treat shallow scarring, hyperpigmentation and sun spots. This is especially effective in firming the skin under the eyes (thus diminishing the appearance of dark circles and bags).
The skin roller can also increase the effectiveness of your skincare serum, by boosting its absorption into skin. Compared to derma rollers made with metal needles, Heynature’s skin roller - is gentler on the skin and causes less damage from unnecessary tugging - does not pulls skin along and causes additional harm to the skin upon rolling - safer for use on sensitive skin
1.0mm Is best suited for frequent users; otherwise first-time users may try 0.5mm.
Apply and massage the serum into your skin first before you begin with the rolling. This would help in the absorption of the serum into the skin.
Follow up with a hydrating or soothing gel to help soothe and calm skin after rolling. It is recommended to use it once to two times per week to help with refining of skin texture and improvement of scars.
To care for your derma roller, please be sure not to use boiling water to disinfect as it can cause damage to it. To disinfect your roller, you may use isopropyl alcohol which can be bought from drugstores like Guardian, and soak it for 20 to 30 minutes. Please be sure not to use the derma roller on open wounds or cuts.
It's advisable to sterilise the derma roller every time before use and after use.
