Standard Local Shipping (within Singapore)

We offer FREE local shipping within Singapore and delivery will be done via SingPost Normal Postage. Local orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and the delivery will take around 3 - 5 working days. We will NOT be liable for any lost parcels once the order has been shipped and customers are to check the status of their parcels on the Singpost website at for orders mailed via SingPost with tracking available.

International Shipping

Items can also be shipped to destinations outside of Singapore. Shipping costs (charged in SGD) are calculated by final volume and weight of order placed. International orders will be dispatched within 7 working days, and the delivery time might range from 2-4 weeks* depending on location. * Delivery times are estimates and may or may not be the actual delivery duration experienced. * Delivery prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)


All orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once payment has been made.

If you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item in your order, please drop us a message (SMS, WhatsApp or WeChat) at + 65 8389 3328 or e-mail us at within 5 days of receipt. Kindly indicate your reason for refund, preferably with a picture, and we will look into the matter. Once we have confirmed on the issue, we will ship out a replacement (subjected to availability). If your product happens to be out of stock, we do a refund for the defective/wrong item delivered.
